2020 Goals [A new decade full of new dreams]

 

  1. Hire 10 additional women (and retain them). 

  2. Increase retention rate of new employees from 50% to 75%.

  3. Create a “legacy” bonus system for employees who have been there for a long time.

  4. BUY OUR OWN LAND in Korah for a future custom built Carry 117 building. 

  5. Complete the Fair-Trade Certification process. 

  6. Implement the Nutrition Recovery Program using Habtam’s nutrition degree.  

  7. Prepare / begin transition to day and night shifts. 

  8. Research and implement importing hardware. 

  9. Launch new online store on our new website (goodbye Etsy!).

  10. Increase overall revenue by 30%. 

  11. Host 25 House Parties in the USA and 3 House Parties in Ethiopia.

  12. Send another Carry 117 service team.

  13. Visit 5 new cities on Carry 117 Tour 2020. 

  14. Create a brand book for our company. 

  15. Finalize the strategy for how all of our social channels work together and how they look. 

  16. Launch our Word Challenge for 2020 (Coming soon… stay tuned!)

  17. Bring in a professional training group for our employees on goal setting, organization & hard work for personal and professional development. 

  18. Bring in a professional art therapy program for our employees. 

  19. Global Leadership Summit in Ethiopia (Henok, Yosi, Habtam, and Mercy). 

  20. Host 6 Community Outreach programs.
